Since my knees are feeling much better I decided to take it easy and not abuse my body. Although it has been hard to decide this, I'm gonna be riding every other day until I fully recover from my knee pain; the big picture is what matters!
As I was riding my bike in Glasgow I saw a lemonade stand; those kids made my day. They had a business up and running and it reminded them of how important creativity and freedom is. I had 3 cups of lemonade since they had a buy 2 get 1 deal!
