I met Manuel the Mariachi from Mexico in a restaurant in Minot and one of his dreams was to make a long bike ride. It's amazing how many people have that silent craving for an adventure of that ilk but we have somehow chosen to refuse to empower them to accomplish their dreams. People like Manuel have a dream and there is no reason as to why they can't pursue the dream. His wife Dori was amazing too and we had a really nice conversation about a number of things.
